Now with most things expected to be done faster & potentially better,
  not much time is left for the operators to think.

In a hurry, we tend to cut the time for planning,
  which often in return make us work longer to reach the goal,
  but also we often simplify our rating system too much,
  causing our perspective of things becoming to rigid and "binary",
  ie: the `good` or `bad` rate.

## A simple quiz

> Above what percent do you consider things to be good?

I'd say it's definitely above `50%`, but let's settle with `75%`,
  and don't be too strict on things.
Now this leaves the portion of `not-good` bigger,
  in this case 3 times bigger than `good`,
  a `75%` versus `25%` unbalance.

For easier calculation, and to not make the situation worse,
  let's skip [normal distribution](https://wikipedia.org/wiki/Normal_distribution)
  and just say this rating system may make you 3 times more likely to think things are `bad`,
  and 2/3 of the time, it should be `not-bad`.

## A simple chart

```
           100%             50%              0%
Quaternary |  good  |  okay  |  oops  |  bad  |
Ternary    |   good   |     eh     |    bad   |
```

That's the [Quaternary](https://wikipedia.org/wiki/Quaternary_numeral_system)
  and [Ternary](https://wikipedia.org/wiki/Ternary_numeral_system)
  rating, pick one and feel better already.
