But why do this?
If you're like me, don't like to install the IME (Input Method Editor) system wide,
and give some common shortcut key to it.
Or mis-trigger the IME often enough,
because the default shortcut key is too convenient.
Then try lock the IME inside the browser,
use https://www.google.com/inputtools/try/,
or add extension like https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-input-tools.
And take this big textarea with you,
it's freeing knowing you now got less useless hot-key to mis-type.
<style>
@media (pointer: fine) { textarea { width: 98vw; height: 98vh; } }
@media (pointer: coarse) { textarea { width: 96vw; height: 86vh; } }
</style>
<textarea style="font-size: 0.8em; position: fixed; left: 50%; top: 50%; transform: translate(-50%, -50%); z-index: 1;">
